Job description
As a Registered Nurse, you provide direct, age-appropriate patient care using the nursing process from admission through discharge. You assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, update care plans, and document accurately in the EHR. You collaborate with physicians and the care team, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, support safety and quality initiatives, and maintain required life-support certifications while pursuing ongoing professional development.
