Job description
Encompass Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You’ll assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and complex medical conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care.
