Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and complex orthopedic conditions; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. RNs educate patients and families on recovery goals, monitor progress, document accurately, and support safe transitions.
