Assistant Director of Nursing
As an Assistant Director of Nursing at Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and staff management in our rehabilitation center. Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, staff development, and performance management to ensure seamless delivery of nursing services.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing leadership or management
Current RN licensure
Proven track record of excellence in patient care and staff management
