Job description
PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate day-shift care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in patient condition, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will educate patients and families, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and uphold infection control and safety standards while mentoring CNAs and supporting a respectful, team-focused care environment.
