Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Renal Transplant unit. In this fast-paced, patient-centered environment, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care for post-surgical and renal transplant patients, manage complex assessments, medications, and care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure safety and infection control, document accurately in the EMR, and support quality and performance initiatives while growing through ongoing training and professional development.
