Job description
Heart Hospital of Austin seeks a Registered Nurse Imaging to provide specialized nursing care for cardiovascular imaging patients, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure support. The RN conducts assessments, administers medications, monitors hemodynamic status, and responds to changes in patient condition while supporting imaging procedures such as CT, MRI, and interventional diagnostics. The nurse collaborates with cardiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care in a high-acuity, technology-rich setting. Responsibilities include patient and family education, documentation, adherence to safety and infection control standards, and participation in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
