Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our South Windsor Tamarack location. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients, performing assessments, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating individualized care plans. You will document in the EHR, support safe discharges, and educate patients and families. Working within a collaborative, team-focused culture, you’ll partner with physicians, therapists, and support staff while accessing advanced technology and ongoing professional development in a leading not-for-profit system.
