Job description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for our ICU Step-Down unit in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to clinically complex, hemodynamically stable patients transitioning from intensive care. Responsibilities include continuous assessment, cardiac and telemetry monitoring, medication administration, post-operative and respiratory support, and evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and uphold safety, quality, and infection-prevention standards in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
