Job description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit in Baltimore, MD. The ICU RN delivers high-acuity, evidence-based care, including assessment, complex monitoring, and management of critically ill adults. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, titrating IV drips, managing ventilators, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and ensuring safe, compassionate care for patients and families. RNs participate in quality initiatives, ongoing education, and precepting, with opportunities for growth within our mission-driven, patient-centered health system.
