Hourly pay rate: $56.84/hour - $61.15/hour depending on years of experienceCenturion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a part-time Charge RN to join our Behavioral Health team at Patuxent Correctional Facility located in Jessup, Maryland.The Behavioral Health Charge RN is responsible for providing supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shift in correctional setting. Additional responsibilities include providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients. The Charge RN works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs.Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland; BSN preferred but not requiredProgressive experience in nursing care with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferredMust be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLSExperience working in a correctional or behavioral health environment preferredAbility to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkAvailable shift: part time, daysWe offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including:Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysFlexible Spending AccountContinuing Education benefitsMuch more...
