Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition with sound clinical judgment. RNs at BJC also educate patients and families, advocate for safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
