/n As a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.

Schedule: Three to four (10-12 hour) shifts, e/o Saturday, closed on Sundays
/n
/n
Start time: 4:45 am
/n
/n Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
/n
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
/n
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
/n
- Work as part of a supportive care team
/n
/n
/n
Qualifications:
/n
/n
/n
- Current RN license in state of practice
/n
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
/n
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
/n
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
/n
- CNN certification a plus
/n
/n
/n
