Job description
Encompass Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. The RN will coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on recovery and self-care. You’ll collaborate with therapists and physicians, support safe transitions of care, precept new staff, and uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards in a mission-driven, team-oriented environment.
