Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
