Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic trauma, and other serious illnesses. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor complex conditions, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and physicians, support safe discharges, and grow professionally in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and work–life balance.
