Job description
Encompass Health seeks Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses; develop and implement individualized care plans; and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. RNs deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care while upholding our mission-driven, patient-centered culture.
