Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this full-time role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for diverse patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, clinical documentation in the EHR, patient and family education, participation in quality and safety initiatives, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
