Job description
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in our specialized rehabilitation setting. The RN will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will support patients in regaining mobility and independence while educating them and their families on recovery and home care.
