Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
Responsibilities
Provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill cardiac patients
Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and administer medications
Manage ventilators and other critical care interventions
Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure
Experience in critical or cardiac care preferred
Strong clinical skills in cardiac monitoring and patient management
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to compassionate patient care and professional growth
