Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 24-bed Cardiac ICU unit, providing specialized care with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2-1:3 based on patient acuity.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems.
Collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion to support patient health journeys.
Managing and providing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, accepting responsibility and accountability.
Qualifications Include
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelors degree preferred.
Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
For inactive, retired, or lapsed licenses over five years without recent licensing in another state, completion of a Board-approved refresher course and reinstatement within one year are required.
