Job description
Position Overview:
Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and assess patient needs to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and hospital policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN)
Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation
ACLS and BLS certifications or obtain within 90 days of hire
