Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Acute Care team specializing in Cardiac/Tele Med Surg.
Responsibilities include: caring for patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions, collaborating with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and case management teams, and participating in interdisciplinary bedside rounds.
Key duties: providing patient-centered care, utilizing documentation systems, engaging in daily team communication, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Include
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
Preferred one year of relevant experience.
Possession of an active RN license in the appropriate state.
Optional completion of a Board-approved refresher course for inactive or lapsed licenses.
