Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for Cardiovascular Telemetry Services. In this role, you will provide evidence-based cardiac and telemetry nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities include continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring, timely recognition and reporting of arrhythmias, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on disease management and discharge plans. RNs participate in quality and safety initiatives, maintain detailed documentation, and support a mission-driven, compassionate care environment with opportunities for growth.
