Job description
Bethesda Health, a faith-based, nonprofit senior care organization, is seeking an RN Care Specialist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care, complete assessments, develop and update care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support seniors across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care. You’ll educate residents and families, advocate for person-centered care, and ensure regulatory compliance.
