Job description
UF Health in Gainesville, FL seeks an RN Coordinator to support coordinated, patient-centered care within our academic health center. In this role, you will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, coordinate multidisciplinary services, and ensure smooth patient transitions across the continuum. The RN Coordinator will educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and use evidence-based practices and EMR systems to optimize outcomes.
