Job description
Salary: $35-$38/hr
Cary, IL | $35-$38/hr | Weekly Pay | $1,000 Sign-On BonusMaxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for a 9-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Cary, IL.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a patient and family while delivering skilled nursing care in a supportive home setting.
Available ScheduleTuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays open
4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Opportunities for additional hours may be available
Patient Care NeedsExperience with the following skills is preferred but not required:
G-Tube Care

ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform G-tube care as needed
Educate and support the patient and family
Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
QualificationsActive Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS Certification
Current Health Certificate (per state regulations)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
One year of nursing experience preferred, but not required
