Job Title
Travel RN - Case Manager
Location
Fort Walton Beach, FL | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Every other weekend required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide acute care hospital case management services within an inpatient setting
Coordinate patient care plans, discharge planning, and utilization review activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate level of care and resource utilization
Utilize clinical decision support tools to guide care management determinations
Document case management activities accurately within the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in good standing (or compact eligibility)
Minimum 2 years of acute (hospital) case management experience
Proficiency in Meditech , Midas , and Interqual
Ability to work every other weekend as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a large, multi-specialty acute care hospital environment
Familiarity with utilization management and payer requirements
Background working with cardiovascular, trauma, or oncology patient populations
