Required Experience: 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience, focusing on care coordination and discharge planning. Hospital experience is essential.
First-Timers Accepted: Yes, clinical team will screen first-time travelers.
Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation to meet department needs.
California State License: Required
Pending License: Accepted, but must be licensed upon start date.
Requested Time Off Restrictions: No more than 7 days.
