nAs a Registered Nurse Home Health , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
nnnAssessing patients to determine their care needs.
n
nnCompleting initial and ongoing patient assessments.
n
nnProtecting patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
n
nnProviding nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders.
n
nnMonitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the care team.
n
nnEducating patients and families on their care and safety.
n
nnTaking appropriate action when patient conditions change.
n
nnHelping ensure quality, safe, and continuous patient care.
n
n nWhat is Required?
nnnCurrent State license as a Registered Nurse.
n
nnGraduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
n
nn1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
n
nnHome Health experience is preferred, but not required.
n
nnAbility to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
n
nnMust possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
n
