Experience: 3 years acute care case manager experience
CA RN License
Certifications: BLS
Flu Vaccine: Required (No exemptions). Flu season starts September
Special Requirements: EPIC highly preferred. Due to the nature of the role, California case manager experience needed.
Floating Requirement: No
On-Call Requirement: No
Pending License: No, must be active at time of submission
No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
