Job description
Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care as an RN in the Cath Lab while furthering your career in a dynamic hospital environment. In this vital position, you'll play a key role in supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient safety throughout every phase of care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid RN license with current credentials
Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting required
Advanced knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and related equipment
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety and infection control
Responsibilities: Assist physicians and cardiologists during cardiac catheterization procedures
Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures
Prepare patients and Cath Lab equipment, ensuring adherence to best practices for sterility and safety
Document all aspects of patient care and procedures accurately and timely
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition, utilizing advanced cardiac life support if necessary
Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and aftercare
Support the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
