nnnAssesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
n
nnDevelops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others.
n
nnImplements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
n
nnEvaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
n
nnMaintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
n
n nThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
nnnGraduate of an accredited school of Nursing upon hire
n
nnMinimum of 1 year operating room experience upon hire
n
nnCurrent FL RN license upon hire
n
nnCurrent American Heart Association ACLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols
n
nnCurrent American Heart Association BLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols
n
n nPay Range:
n$33.08 - $58.04
nBackground Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
