nnDepartment: Wellness Preventive Care
n
nnSchedule: Must be available for Day Shift, Night Shift and Weekends | Shifts will be 12 hour shifts.
n
n nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnProvide prevention, recognition, and treatment of occupational illnesses and injuries for StarPlus employees.
n
nnDeliver nursing care in compliance with federal and state regulations and StarPlus health service policies and procedures.
n
nnPerform clinical assessments, manage medical emergencies, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care or referrals.
n
nnMaintain accurate and confidential medical records consistent with legal and company standards.
n
nnCollaborate with safety, HR, and environmental teams to identify and mitigate workplace health risks.
n
nnWork autonomously with minimal supervision, often serving as the primary on-site medical provider.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nRequired Credential(s):
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnRegistered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
n
n nEducation:
nnDiploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
n nAdditional Preferences:
nnExperienced RN with Occupational Health experience preferred.
