Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Leader to coordinate high-quality patient care on our inpatient units. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, oversee clinical workflows, and support a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring clinical outcomes, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
