Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Leader to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care within our Connecticut network. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, oversee daily patient flow, and support an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice. You will mentor and precept nurses, participate in care planning and discharge coordination, and champion quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
