Job description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Oroville CA
Rate: Up to $ Gross weekly + benefits available
Shift: 12 Hour Days
Contract: 13-week Contract; Local or Travel accepted
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
Ability to work in a correctional setting
Certifications
Active RN License
CPR/BLS Certification
Responsibilities
Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Obtain diagnostic tests and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed
Count and document controlled substances according to policy
Document nursing encounters accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with nursing staff, providers, and other healthcare personnel
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and protocols
