Job Summary: Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Covington, Ohio. As a Registered Nurse at Stillwater, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our guests, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
About the Role: As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our guests, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our guests receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Developing and implementing effective care strategies that promote healing, independence, and overall well-being
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including charts, reports, and other documentation
Participating in quality improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
