Job description
COMFORT HOME HEALTH LLC in Burke, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to develop and manage personalized patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license, strong interpersonal skills, and previous nursing experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with colleagues on patient care, administering medications, and documenting changes in conditions.
