Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions within a supportive environment. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
Prioritize patient flow, document assessments, interventions, and incidents accurately.
Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining satisfaction.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.
Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; pursue ongoing development and leadership growth.
Mentor and support fellow nurses, promote professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
Current licensing and certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
Proficiency in patient care, communication, teamwork, and quality improvement.
Ability to self-manage professional growth and contribute to a positive work environment.
