Registered Nurse Dementia Unit Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dementia Unit Manager at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Dementia Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing hands-on care to our residents with dementia, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Leading and managing a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is being delivered
Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is being delivered
Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident

Document patient information and maintain accurate records

Job Requirements:
Must be a registered nurse with a current Pennsylvania license
Must have experience working with dementia patients
Must have strong leadership and communication skills
Must be able to work a full-time schedule
