Job description
Lassen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a Registered Nurse to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will work under supervision, develop care plans, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, confidential care.
Responsibilities include charting, wound care, admissions, and responding to inquiries from residents and families.
