Oversee daily operations and workflow within the Transition Lounge, ensuring effective patient throughput and timely patient departures.

Lead and support Transition Lounge staff in maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment.

Monitor and address barriers to discharge flow, escalating concerns as appropriate.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Promote Hartford HealthCare values through professional communication, teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
