Homecare RN Opportunity | East Dubuque, IL
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers
Looking for a rewarding nursing opportunity where you can make a direct impact while enjoying flexibility and support? Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an 19-year-old male patient in his home in East Dubuque, Illinois.
The patient requires care involving a G-tube, trach, and PRN ventilator support. A detailed plan of care is provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Available Shifts:
Monday-Friday Evenings
* Preferred schedule: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
* Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities
* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
* Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
* Monitor patient condition and report significant changes to the physician or supervisor
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document patient response
* Support healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
* Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
* Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
* Current BLS certification
* One year of RN experience preferred
