Job description
Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our busy Emergency Department. The RN will provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based care for diverse patient populations, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include medication administration, IV therapy, monitoring, patient and family education, and accurate documentation. RNs support safety initiatives, follow hospital protocols, and mentor new staff.
