40 hour work weeks

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the facility, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
Respond to emergency medical situations promptly and effectively.
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
Educate patients about health conditions and provide advice and emotional support.
Comply with all facility and nursing standards, policies, and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Participate in continuous education, training, and professional development activities to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Current and valid RN license in the state of GA.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a ER, acute care, or similar environment.
Experience working with diverse patient populations and managing a wide range of medical conditions.
Exceptional clinical skills, including the ability to assess and diagnose patients effectively and develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
