Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Registered Nurse for our fast-paced Emergency Room. In this role, you’ll provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions of all ages. You’ll administer medications and treatments, coordinate diagnostics, monitor vital signs, and respond to crises using ACLS/PALS protocols. RNs collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care.
