Job description
Trusted Health is seeking a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients on a fast-paced acute care unit. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications and IV therapies, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure safe, timely discharges. You’ll document in the EHR, follow strict safety and infection-prevention protocols, and educate patients and families.
