Job description
TALENT Software Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. You will monitor patient functional status, organize and prioritize care, and collaborate with other disciplines to support patient outcomes.
You will document steps of the nursing process accurately and provide discharge teaching and patient education tailored to age and cultural factors.
