Job description
Heart Hospital of Austin seeks a Registered Nurse for our Facility Float Pool – Critical Care. This RN delivers high-acuity cardiovascular and critical care across multiple units, including ICU, step-down, and telemetry. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, evidence-based interventions, titration of vasoactive drips, arrhythmia interpretation, ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring, and collaboration with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams. The RN upholds safety and quality standards, mentors peers, supports rapid response situations, documents accurately, and engages in continuous learning in our patient-first, mission-driven environment.
